Serious health problems can be caused by sedentary lifestyle and physical inactivity. Being physically active can improve the quality of your life and your overall health.
A simple form of walking can have very positive effects on your health and body. You only need 15 minutes of walking a day to prevent many health problems.
The researchers from the University Hospital of Saint-Etienne, the University Hospital of Dijon, the University of Lyon, the Regional Center for Cancer Prevention and Jean Monnet University in France – all confirmed the effectiveness of this exercise.

The study confirmed that the risk of death in people who exercise 15 minutes a day is lowered by 22%.
