- 2 celery stalks
- 1 tbsp of grated ginger
- 1 hot pepper / ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup fresh tomato juice
- ¼ cup lemon juice
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and you will get about a cup of juice.
Take this juice between your meals. Be careful though, because is not recommended to drink too much, so make sure you do not drink more than 3 cups a day.
