Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Banana
  • 2/3 Cup Silk Light Vanilla or (Original Soy Milk or Silk Unsweetened Original or Vanilla Almond Milk or Coconut Milk)
  • 1/3 Cup Lifeway Helios Organic Non-Fat Greek Kefir in Original or Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Stevia In The Raw, or more to taste
  • 1 Tsp. Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds

Method of preparation:

  • Blend all the ingredients except for the chia seeds, and blend until well combined.
  • Pour liquid into a tupperware container, and add the chia seeds, stirring well.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator.
  • Allow to set up for several hours or overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy its taste.
