I drank Apple Cider Vinegar Every Day to Lose Weight and the Results Were Shocking

  • 1 glass water (12-16 oz.)

  • stevia to taste

This detox recipe with lemon juice will balance your sugar blood levels as well as regulate your ph level due to its alkaline effect. The cinnamon is one of the best anti-oxidants that balances blood sugar, while cayenne pepper has proved to lower blood pressure.
