Turmeric Elixir with Apple Cider Vinegar + Honey
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups filtered water
First, heat the filtered water in a saucepan on medium heat, until it starts steaming. Next, remove it from heat and add the honey. Stir well to dissolve it, and add apple cider vinegar, turmeric and cayenne pepper.
Store the elixir into a pitcher, leave it in the fridge for about 2 hours to cool down, and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning, 5 days in a row.
