Medicines bought from the pharmacy are usually full of unnecessary chemicals and are often not so effective. The tonic we are going to present you dates hundreds of years ago and it is very well known for its efficiency.
It is made of natural ingredients and has powerful antiviral and anti fungal properties. It is also known to kill gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
This natural cleansing tonic has been known to cure many parasitic, fungal, viral and bacterial diseases and is a go to if you feel you have an illness coming on, or just in times when you think you need a health boost.
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder or 2 pieces of turmeric root
- 24 oz/700 ml apple cider vinegar (organic)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 fresh peppers-the hottest you can find (be careful when handling them)
- 1/4 cup grated ginger
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish
- Mix all the ingredients except the vinegar into a bowl
- Then put the mix into a mason jar
- Pour some apple cider vinegar in to the top
- Close and shake well
- Keep the jar in a cool dry place for 2 weeks, shake well several times a day
- After 14 days squeeze well and strain the liquid through a strainer
- Use the rest of the dry mixture when cooking
After finishing the procedure the tonic is ready to be consumed. You don’t have to store it in the fridge, it should last a long time.
Begin by taking 1 tablespoon a day. Gargle and swallow the mixture. Be careful as this tonic has strong taste. If you want to soothe the taste you can eat a slice of lemon right after consuming the tonic.
