The healthiest breakfast in the whole world: You’ll only need 5 minutes!

Fast, simple and incredibly healthy and tasty at the same time.


  • 1 package of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of apple pectin (recipe below)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 50 grams of walnuts, chopped
  • Half tablespoon cinnamon
  • 30 drops of propolis
  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • Dried fruit (by your choice)


Mix the yogurt and apple pectin, and leave it to soak in the fridge during the night. You can also do this in the morning, but in that case you will have to wait the pectin to dissolve.
Add all the other ingredients in the mixture with the yogurt and mix well.
Leave it for a few minutes so that all the ingredients blend together, and the yogurt should be at room temperature in order to be able to melt the oatmeal.

Ingredients and preparation of pectin:

For this you need: 1 kilogram of organic apples and 250 milliliters of water.
Wash the apples thoroughly, remove the stalks and seeds and chop into small pieces.
Pour the water in a big pot and then add the chopped apples.
Cook on high fire – the pectin must achieve high temperature in a very short time, because otherwise it will fall apart.
Boil for 30 minutes, and then stir until the mixture thickens.
Finally, transfer it into a clean jar.
