The Most Effective Methods To Get Rid Of A Toothache Instantly

Although dental medicine has increasingly advanced throughout the past decades, statistics shows that 70 percent of the total population is still dreading to visit the dentist.

We have a good news for you: Sometimes you don’t need to visit the dentist. You can be your own dentist at home and use some of the natural methods we will present. This is of course if you have a mild toothache. For everything else that’s  a more serious issue, we advise you visit your dentist. Here are some of the natural methods that have proved to be effective :

  1. Salt and Pepper

Just blend them and add some water to make a thick paste. Use this mixture by applying it to the affected area twice a day. Leave it 15 minutes before washing it off with water. Do this 2 times every day for seven days to notice results.

  • Salt (recuperating properties) – 1 teaspoon
  • Dark pepper (antibacterial and pain relieving) – 1 teaspoon
  • Water
  1. Garlic

Mix garlic with salt. Blend and apply the mixture on the painful area. Leave it to work for 1 to 2 hours before washing it off.

  • Garlic, minced (normal anti-microbial) – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (normal) – ½ teaspoon
  1. Clove Oil

Mix clove oil with olive oil. Use a cotton ball and treat the painful area. Leave it for 30 minutes before washing it off.

  • Clove oil (calming) – 4 or 5 drops
  • Olive oil (mending operator) – 1 tablespoon
  1. Vanilla Extract

Soak a cotton ball in vanilla concentrate and put it on the influenced tooth for 10 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day by day for visible results.

  1.  Baking Soda

Add some baking soda to a wet cotton ball and apply it to your toothache. Hold the cotton ball against the aching tooth and gums for 10 minutes. Do this twice a day for 2 times a day for results.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)

Soak  a cotton ball in apple juice vinegar and apply it on the aching tooth.

  1. Salt Water Rinse

Mix himalayan or regular salt in warm water and  gargle.

  1. Onion

Chew pieces of onion for 10 minutes

  1. Ice Compress

Hold an ice pack on the influenced tooth.
