A cup of hot water
Bring the water to a boil, then add the turmeric and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes. Next, strain the mixture and add the other ingredients then enjoy your cup of turmeric tea.
Organic bone broth or veggie (4 cups)
Chopped or grated turmeric (1 knuckle)
Simmer the turmeric and the broth for about 15 minutes then strain it. Add some black pepper and your soup is ready.

If you do not have much time for preparation, simple add a teaspoon of powdered turmeric to a cup of warm coconut milk. If you do have time, follow this recipe:
Almond or coconut milk (1 cup)
Water (¼ cup)
Fresh grated or powdered turmeric (1 teaspoon)
Fresh grated or powdered ginger (¼ of a teaspoon)
Vanilla (¼ of a teaspoon)
Cardamom (a pinch)
Cinnamon (a pinch)
Clove (a pinch)
Raw honey (2 teaspoons)
Simmer all of the ingredients in a pot for a minute and it’s done.
Coconut flakes (2tablespoons)
Frozen mango or pineapple (1 and a half cup)
Almond milk or coconut milk (half of a cup)
Fresh or powdered turmeric (1 teaspoon)
Hemp seed hearts (1 teaspoon)
Macca root (1 teaspoon)
Black pepper (a dash)
Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy your smoothie!
All you need to do is add a teaspoon of turmeric into your kefir and enjoy.
