Use These Ingredients And Get Thicker Hair Within A Week

The health of our hair is influenced by a lot of factors. Moreover the hair loss can results from various reasons. Generally , we havet 100 000 strands of hair and the normal loss of hair is approximately 50 to 100 hairs a day. However, if we lose more than 150 hairs a day, and that is more commonly becoming the result of too much stress, environmental reasons, excessive smoking and of course aging, we need to start doing something.

There are several ingredients we can use to save our hair or to help in re-growing it (or get thicker hair).

Coconut – It is rich in proteins, minerals, potassium, iron and essential fats, and that’s why it is good for hair grow and hair strengthening.

How can you use it?

Take one teaspoon of coconut oil and warm it. Massage your scalp and leave it to stay for one hour and then rinse.

Another way is to grate a coconut or squeeze its milk, and mix it with water. Apply this mixture on the bald area of your head and let it stay overnight.

Onion – The onion is rich in sulfur, so it increases the production of collagen which is very important for the hair’s quality.

A simple recipe containing onion:

Chop one onion and squeeze its juice. Then, apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay for 15 minutes. Use a mild shampoo for rinsing and let your hair dry itself. Repeat this twice a week.

Garlic – Garlic is a really powerful ingredient used for hair re-growing. The same as onion it contains sulfur.

Garlic recipe:

Crush a few cloves of garlic, add some coconut oil, and boil for several minutes. Let it cool, and then massage your scalp energetically. Leave it for 30 min, and then wash your hair. Repeat this treatment twice a week.

Eggs – Eggs contain proteins and other ingredients that are really beneficial for healthy hair.

How can you use eggs?

Mix one white of egg with oil, and whisk until it turns into a paste. Apply this on the entire scalp, and leave it to work its magic for about 20 min. In the end, rinse with cool water and mild shampoo.
