Black Lemonade Recipe for Natural Detoxing, Whiter Teeth and More

Have you ever heard of black lemonade? It’s a super refreshing drink that gets its black color from activated charcoal.

When you first see it you might think it’s Coke, but it’s nothing like it. It is healthy and won’t do you any harm like Coke does.

We all know that lemon is popular for its various health benefits, but activated charcoal also has advantages. For instance, it has a powerful anti-aging effect and it is great for detoxifying your body.

The Recipe

It is a simple recipe that requires several ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • One to two activated charcoal capsules
  • Lemon Juice ( 1 lemon )
  • Water
  • Maple syrup or stevia
  • Ice

Instructions:

First,  cut the lemon in half and use a juicer to squeeze the juice out. You need to take out any seeds which may have fallen in. Add the juice to a 16 oz glass.

Be sure to check the dosage on the container or bottle of activated charcoal before breaking open one to two capsules. Add them to the lemon juice and stir well in order to mix up these two ingredients.

Next, fill the glass  with water and add some ice cubes. Adding a sweetener, like a few drops of stevia it’s optional.

If you want to decorate the drink you can add a slice of lemon.

One more piece of advice:  It’s recommended to drink large quantities of water if you consume activated charcoal. That’s why it’s better to add the charcoal to a water drink instead of just taking the capsules.

In this way you’re making sure that you are drinking enough water so  that there is a good circulation of charcoal in your body. Since the activated charcoal has no taste, adding it to lemonade is 10x more delicious.
