Relieve Eczema Symptoms With This All-Natural Ingredients Lotion

Over 35 million Americans have eczema – a skin condition characterized by flaky, dry and itchy skin. Doctors usually prescribe cortisone and steroidal creams that suppress the immune system in order to control the symptoms of eczema, but they don’t function against the root cause of this condition.

If you are one of those who tried every possible cream of this type you may want to consider trying out a more natural, herbal method to relieve symptoms of eczema. This article will give you the perfect DIY eczema cream recipe for your specific skin type.

There are two types of eczema:

Contact Dermatitis: It is caused by an allergic reaction usually when the skin comes into contact with an external substance. This can lead to appearance of red itchy patches of skin. This condition is actually a reaction to a new skincare product, clothes or new detergent.

Atopic Eczema : In contrast to the previous type which is caused by an external factor, this one is caused by an internal imbalance in the body.

Why You Should NOT Use Steroidal Cream for Eczema?

Usually these steroidal and cortisone creams are just a temporary fix. They suppress the symptoms for a while and after you stop applying them the symptoms come bask. Also they can cause skin darkening and stretch marks.  What is even worse, as every other medicine they have side effects such as: acne, cataracts, folliculitis, eye damage or adrenal suppression.

You can always try out these natural options that don’t have any side effects:
